Todd is a certified public accountant and a licensed attorney in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. Todd has been actively practicing law since 2001. He founded Horizon Attorneys and Counselors at Law PLC in 2005 where he served as a managing member, and used that experience to found Contego Legal PLLC in 2023.  Todd formed Contego to provide clients with a unique legal experience not currently offered in the marketplace.

Todd focuses his practice on delivering comprehensive estate planning solutions tailored specifically to each client’s unique needs. When Todd is not practicing law he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, skiing, and riding his mountain bike.
